About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Management Trainee to support the
planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects across our verticals. This
is an entry-level role designed to groom future project managers by providing
hands-on experience in cross-functional coordination, stakeholder
communication, and execution tracking. As a space technology company, we
actively seek individuals who are passionate about space and have a strong
affinity for physics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning project timelines, milestones, and deliverables in coordination with internal teams.
  • Monitor project schedules and update progress reports to ensure timely execution.
  • Coordinate meetings, document minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Maintain project documentation and help ensure compliance with internal standards.
  • Communicate regularly with cross-functional teams including engineering, business, and operations.
  • Identify project risks and assist in mitigation planning.
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
  • Interest in space technology, aerospace, or complex engineering domains is a plus.
Control System Engineer 
Location : Bengaluru, India
Job type : Full time / onsite

Candidate will be involved in executing projects/developments done at Graviton related to space domain in embedded and modeling/simulation in MATLAB/Simulink for attitude control systems of spacecraft.

Skill Requirement
  • Familiarity with processor architectures, preferably ARM.
  • Good at C programming and embedded development using IDEs.
  • Good in the basics of control systems and closed-loop control methodologies.
  • Hands-on in MATLAB/Simulink.
  • Good in communication, self motivating and problem solving.
  • Attitude to learn and work in a team.
Qualification
  • B.Tech/M.Tech (end semester project/intern also qualify)
